Direct Cabinet Source LLC – Terms & Conditions 
1. Our Responsibility
Direct Cabinet Source LLC (“DCS,” “we,” or “our”) sells cabinetry and related products at wholesale.
Our responsibility is limited to providing and delivering the products listed in your order.
2. Installation & Contractors
DCS does not provide installation services.
Any installation, assembly, or on-site work is done by independent contractors you hire directly or that we may recommend as a courtesy.
These contractors are not employees or representatives of DCS.
They are responsible for their own work, insurance, and compliance with laws.
DCS is not liable for damages, losses, or issues related to installation.
Any claims about installation must be made directly with the contractor.
3. Product Quality & Warranty
Our products meet the specifications listed in your order or product literature at the time of sale.
Factory Defects/Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (for assembled orders). Claims after that may be denied.
Warranty covers product defects only. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, or damages occurring after delivery (including installation or use).
4. Delivery
Deliveries are curbside only (we do not bring products inside).
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damages, or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours.
Failure to report within this timeframe releases DCS from responsibility.
Return Policy
A. All Sales Final
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
B. Claims for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a claim, provide:
Order number
Description of the damage
Photos of the damage and packaging
If approved, we will replace the damaged item(s) with the same or a comparable product (if original is unavailable).
No refunds are issued—only replacements.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
5. Product Disclaimer for Stained Doors 
Samples vs. Final Products: Color and texture may vary due to natural materials for stain doors. Order enough material for your entire project to minimize variation.
Batch Variations: Slight differences can occur between production batches. To avoid mismatches, order all materials for your project at one time. DCS is not responsible for variations between separate orders.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from DCS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
